VESSELWALL

Vesselwall is a concept that was developed in collaboration with silkmemory- a project from the research department at the Hochschule Luzern Design and Art. The Idea was to develop objects based on the Fabrics in the 200 year old archive that now has been digitalised in form of the online archive silkmemory.

Vesselwall as an alone standing object is a simple weaved brick. 3D-printing is a very fast growing technique and it may be possible that we will print our bricks in the future. In this scenario Vesselwall is a visualisation of how these bricks could look like and how we could potentially use them.
